Producer Soorappa Babu has managed to bring popular Tamil director KS Ravikumar to Kannada. The agreement was signed in Chennai on Tuesday afternoon between Babu and Ravikumar for a film to be made in both Kannada and Tamil. Kiccha Sudeep will star in both the versions.
Babu had taken dates of Sudeep for a sequel to Kotigobba, which he had made with late Dr Vishnuvardhan. The same dates will be used for this film. But the schedule of this film is not known as Sudeep is to act in a film for producer N Kumar shortly.
Ravikumar is one of the most popular directors in Tamil who has made superhit films like Muthu, Padayappa, Minsara Kana, Dasavataram, Thenali, Avvai Shanmugi, Telugu films Snehakosam and Bhava Nachudu and the Hindi film Policegiri. With this film Sudeep becomes the actor who has acted in films of top directors from four different film industries.
